Mr. Seongmin (Mike) Sohn is the GM of REACH24H Korea and Principal Consultant in chemicals, cosmetics, food regulatory compliance and market research on a global scale. His academic background is Biotechnology and Public Health with more than 12 years of experience in Cosmetics, Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals industry. He is acknowledged as an industry expert in government affairs which has widely been invited to advisory groups and committees from MoH, MFDS, MoE, MoTIE, other local governments and institutions in Korea. He has been invited as keynote speakers more than 100 times in Korea and abroad, including Chemcon series, in-cosmetics series (Global, Asia, Korea), Bravo Forum, CRAC serious, CHEM Korea, Cosmoprof ASIA, Intercham Korea, CI KOREA, and Bio Korea and many more. He wrote 2018 and 2019 Korean Wave White Papers as co-author for consecutive years.

Aman Sharma

Global Regulatory Affairs Consultant, REACH24H INDIA

Mr. Aman Sharma has completed their MS degree in Pharmacology & Toxicology domain from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Kolkata, which is regulated by the Ministry of Chemical & Fertilizers, Govt. of India. He completed a research project from the Translational Health Sciences and Technology Institute (THSTI) on Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. He spent almost one year in the Regional Centre for Biotechnology, UNESCO, especially in the field of Stem cell Biology & Toxicity studies. After that he joined REACHLaw Ltd. as a Senior Officer-Regulatory Affairs in India, to start a career in REACH-like regulations such as EU-REACH, K-REACH, India REACH (ICMSR), BIS regulation (FMCS), Indian waste management regulations, battery waste management regulation, cosmetic registration services in India as per Cosmetic Rules, 2020. Then he joined as Sr. Research Associate in IDS Infotech Ltd. to prepare regulatory research reports in the chemical, petrochemical, and cosmetic sectors at a global platform. Now he started working in REACH24H as a Global Regulatory Affairs Consultant, to launch the BIS FMCS, BIS CRS, and India REACH services on behalf of REACH24H.
